清潔整齊，很多用品及電器可以用，例如煮食用具，晒衫架，洗衣機，浴室及座廁分開，有很多插頭的拖板供使用，冷暖氣很好。床很寬闊，有很多被子及枕頭可用，唯獨要自助check-in比較花時間。樓下有一間營業到很夜的壽司店，還有一間很大的7–11便利店，但是沒有停車場，需要自費找其他停車場泊車。而且酒店位置比較方便揸車去的人。

Title: Great location but terrible management. Avoid this place. The location is convenient (near Kasai Station, supermarkets, and restaurants), but the stay was a nightmare: 1. Hygiene: There was blood on the pillow and large yellow spots on the mattress protector. Unacceptable. 2. False Advertising: Advertised as "Washer-Dryer," but it’s just a basic washing machine. 3. Broken AC: The temperature was unstable. I couldn't sleep well for the entire 10-day 訂房網站. 4. Water Leakage: The washing machine overflows, causing the entire bathroom to flood and ruining the wet/dry separation. This hotel is poorly managed and unhygienic. Do not stay here. 地理位置絕佳但硬體管理極差，極度不推薦 這間飯店唯一的優點是地理位置，步行至葛西站僅需 5 分鐘，周邊有三間超市、三間超商以及眾多餐飲選擇，交通（包含巴士站）非常方便。 但遺憾的是，住宿體驗非常糟糕： 1. 極度不衛生： 枕頭上有明顯血跡，保潔墊佈滿黃斑，清潔標準完全不及格。 2. 廣告不實： 平台標榜「洗脫烘」，現場卻只有普通洗衣機。 3. 空調系統故障： 運作極度不穩定導致室內忽冷忽熱，這 10 天的旅遊讓我沒有一天能睡得安穩。 4. 設備嚴重漏水： 洗衣機排水時水會外溢，導致乾濕分離的浴室設計完全失效，整間浴室地板嚴重積水。 此飯店管理與硬體維護極其惡劣，完全不符合基本住宿標準，請旅客避雷。

Location actually to shinjuku those place need more time, but overall is ok. There is direct bus to Disney and also direct bus to airport nearby. Train station also nearby, there are many restaurants, mart nearby

As we know, rooms in Japan are usually quite compact, but the amenities provided here are excellent. The only issue I noticed was that the balcony was quite dusty. The cookware should also be replaced, as the non-stick coating is already worn out and damaged, which is not ideal for cooking. There is no early check-in available since the property uses a self-check-in system. However, I really appreciate the way the hotel is managed. We did not need to contact anyone for essentials such as plastic bags, laundry detergent, dental kits, or slippers, as everything was conveniently provided in the lobby for guests to use. Overall, I felt very comfortable staying here—it truly felt like home.
