酒店在 33 樓以上，有些年頭了，居然是給鑰匙開門的，好在衞生很乾凈，保養的還不錯。服務的話也不錯，第一個房間有一些味道調整換房間處理的很快很及時。值得推薦的是酒店窗外風景區絕佳！天氣好的時候可以看到銀座，東京塔和富士山同框，這個房間就值回房價了。早餐沒吃，但是樓下寫字樓一樓和二樓都有幾家便利店和壽司店，吃喝都很方便。早上可以散步溜達到築地市場吃吃喝喝，銀座走走也能到，逛累了拿著大包小包直接打車回酒店也就三十多塊人民幣。離地鐵站走路七八分鐘略遠，但還可以接受，路上路過的咖啡店超好喝。

Great hotel in a quiet spot next to the river. We had wonderful views of Tokyo Tower and the city, with the added surprise of seeing Mount Fuji in the hazy distance one morning. We stayed on the top floor 38, which I’d highly recommend for the best views. The staff were very helpful and extra polite and went out of their way to arrange a parcel of mine to be picked up by someone. On a downside the breakfast wasn’t too good and there is no lounge area for guests to relax in. Other than that I couldn’t really fault it.

The room was big enough to open my 30 inches baggage. For the service, I asked the front desk if they could hold my baggage at 8am. After I arrived in hotel about 9pm, they delivered my luggage and parcels in the room. This was exceptionally generous. Room cleanness was good. The view was amazing, I could see tokyo areas and tokyo tower. One drawback was distance between a station to the hotel, I had to walk 8-10 minutes. It is tiring when I visited multiple spots. Other than that, I would recommend someone who is looking for a reasonable price and a great view.

在貴酒店住了5天總體下來體驗非常好大堂工作人員非常熱情酒店衞生也非常乾淨窗外的夜景更是迷人唯一缺點就是設施陳舊第一次住用鑰匙開門的酒店希望貴酒店能再接再厲為每一位顧客提供更好的服務讓每一位顧客獲得更好的體驗

酒店離築地地鐵站走路十分鐘，不幸也能到銀座，算是繁華地段了推薦哦！雖然陳舊但是每天打掃的很乾凈，前台也服務很到位！下次會再次選擇這個酒店！

房間很安靜，空間大，衞生還不錯，窗外景觀很贊，前台的幾位小姐姐熱情有禮。衞生間隔音不是很好，抽風也是慢了點，淋浴間水量很足，但水去得比較慢，洗澡會浸到腳。地理環境還算方便，步行至銀座主要商業區大概十幾二十分鐘，去築地站或者新富町站大概要10分鐘左右，樓下有全家、七十一，斜對面有永旺，旁邊是商業大樓，周邊有學校、居民區、小公園，附近環境清幽，挺舒服的。對了，開門是用鑰匙的，而且衹有一把。喜歡懷舊風的可以體驗一下。

Amazing view! Hotel rooms are on the high floors in the nice office buildings like twin towers by the river. Easy walk to Tsukiji Station and also Shintomicho Station. We walked on the bridge to cross the river to go to Tsukishima where is the famous for Monja food. Very interesting Monja street! Highly recommended. Great Metro access to all over in Tokyo. We would stay there again. As for the hotel itself, it’s an old hotel but well maintained and kept clean. Using a shower is a bit tricky but we had no problem as they have an easy to understand instruction in the bathroom. There were two mineral water bottles, tea bags and coffee. Bathrobes were great. Much better than the other hotels with two piece pajamas or heavy unbreathable robes. Front staff seemed all nice and I overheard one gentleman speaking fluent foreign language. Overall, a wonderful place we totally recommend to anyone.

其實離銀座有點距離，築地站走到酒店7分鐘左右。剛開始沒注意標準雙床是吸菸房，後期要求改為禁煙房，需要補差價，所以大家一定要預訂時看清楚。房間設施有點老，但算是乾淨，旁邊商務樓就有2家超市，更方便。河對岸是月島，很有生活氣息。提前預訂性價比很高，景觀房夜景不錯。
