We came early and they allowed us to leave our luggage in the lobby while we are going around Tokyo. We came back and it’s still a little earlier than our check-in time but they let us to check-in early without additional charge since the room is already available. The staffs are friendly and can communicate well.

It’s near the train station and there are a lot of shops around the area (e.g restaurants, souvenir shops, jewelries and laundry shop). It’s just few minutes walk to akihabara if you opt not to take the train. Overall the location is very convenient.
Cleanliness 4/5
I wanna say it’s super clean since they clean the room everyday as long as you put the sign for cleaning on your door. But my problem is the carpet smell. I’m not sure if it’s because of us due to my partner’s wet feet after shower and we’re not opening the aircon most of the time. Our group rented 3rooms and only our room carpet have smell.
Amenities 4/5
All our basic needs are complete, toiletries, tea, hot water, they even have a washing machine but the downside is it doesn’t completely dry the clothes. Also they don’t have sauna, onsen or pool. But, it’s not really necessary in Tokyo since most of the time we are outside.
Overall, the stay is comfortable. We could just stay in our room all day. I think it’s the most comfortable and convenient accommodation on the price range. Worth recommending to our friends 🩷

During my stay at ICI HOTEL Asakusabashi, I encountered a shocking health hazard in room 805. Upon returning to my room at night, I discovered urine-soaked towels and fecal matter in the bathtub. Given the nature of the contamination and the hotel's urban Tokyo location, I strongly suspect rodent infestation.
What's more appalling was the staff's response:
1. Refused to conduct an on-site inspection when immediately reported
2. Dismissed evidence without investigation
3. Accused me of "malicious complaints" when I complain to 訂房網站
4. Provided no sanitation compensation.
The manager's defensive attitude and refusal to file an incident report demonstrate complete disregard for guest safety. For a hotel claiming “hygiene first policy", this negligence is inexcusable.
After learning that I had complained to 訂房網站, the hotel staff adopted a hostile and arrogant attitude towards me, falsely accusing my daughter of having feces in the bathtub, saying that the feces in the bathtub belonged to my daughter, and even wrote me a warning letter, warning me not to make a "malicious complaint" or I would be kicked out of the hotel.
