[2021/10/01至2027/03/31]東京從2002年10月起徵收住宿稅。徵稅標準根據住宿金額按每人每晚徵收，每晚住宿費在1萬日元以上每人每晚徵收100日元，1.5萬日元以上每人每晚徵收200日元，部分房價不包含住宿稅，需客人另付前台，具體以飯店告知為準。
[2027/04/01至2027/12/31]東京從2027年4月起收取住宿稅。徵稅標準根據住宿金額按每人每晚徵收，每晚住宿費1.3萬日元以上每人每晚徵收住宿費的3%，部分房價不包含住宿稅，需客人另付前台，具體以飯店告知為準。

9stay神泉酒店位置略偏，離澀谷核心區有段距離，但勝在房間寬敞，在東京實屬難得。環境安靜整潔，設施齊全，周邊便利店齊全，適合追求大空間、偏愛安靜的旅客，性價比不錯。

1. 시부야 지역에서 최고의 가성비 숙소 2. 시부야역에서 도보로는 거리가 있지만, 버스를 이용하면 숙소앞에 내릴수 있어서 최고의 위치(편도 교통비 250yen) - 하치코 동상 앞 버스정류장 ~ 2 정거장 3. 숙소의 컨디션(청결 및 시설)을 중요하게 고려한다면 NO!, 중심지역 대비 가성비를 고려한다면... OK! 4. 엘리베이터 없음, 3~4층꺼지 케리어 들고 올라가야 함 - 우리는 2층 예약으로 부담 없었음 5. 전체적 시설은 노후되어 있으나, 사용하는데 문제 없었음 6. 수건은 인원수만큼 1장씩만 있으니, 별도로 챙겨 가세요 - 추가 요청시 별도금액 지불 필요함 7. 저는 5월에 예약했기때문에 정확하지는 않지만, 숙소의 구조나 창문, 발코니 등 개구부의 형태로 보아 겨울철에는 엄청 추울 것으로 예상됨(참고로 건축업 종사 중) 8. 9STAY Shinsen을 선택한 이유 중 하나는 음식을 직접 조리할 수 있는 시설이 필요했기 때문이었응 - 숙소에서 도보5분 거리에 LIFT Supermarket 있음 - 판매상품 관련하여 구글 리뷰보다 상당히 우수함(추천) 9. 이메일 문의에 대해서 빠르게 대응 10. 숙소 출입 매우 간단함 (상세한 안내문 발송해 줍니다)

The interior is very nice, comfortable, and well-equipped, the only downside is that it's a bit far from the JR station. We enjoyed our stay there.

Extremely Disappointing and Unreasonable Customer Service I accidentally booked the incorrect dates and contacted the hotel within minutes of bookingto explain the mistake and request a date change. Despite offering to pay any additional costs to amend the booking, the hotel refused to accommodate the change or provide a refund. As I am travelling with two children, this left me with no choice but to book alternative accommodation, resulting in a $1,500 loss. I understand hotels have booking policies, but I find this complete lack of flexibility, understanding and customer service extremely disappointing. I wasn’t asking for a free stay or special treatment, simply the opportunity to correct an honest mistake at my own expense. An incredibly frustrating experience, and I would not recommend this hotel based on how the situation was handled.

우선 위치가 시부야 스크램블 크로스에세 버스로 2정거장에 위치해 있고 길가에 있어서 택시로 찾아가기도 쉬웠어요. 시부야의 혼잡한 분위기가 아닌 조용한 동네 분위기라 좋았고 바로 옆에 세븐일레븐과 패밀리마트가 있어 편했어요. 숙소 내 시설도 대 만족입니다. 전자렌지도 있고 밥은 안해 먹었지만 밥통도 있어요. 저흰 세명이라 이불 하나 더 준비해 주셨구요. 모든 물건이 잘 갖추어져있었어요. 마지막으로 가격이 완전 착해서 만족입니다. 시부야 다른 숙소들은 대부분 성수기 20만원 정도 였는데 완전 가성비 좋은 숙소예요.

寫真とは印象が大きく異なり、傢俱や壁は汚れや傷みが目立ちました。ソファーにはシミがあり、巾木も欠けていて、全體的に清潔感が感じられませんでした。 また、夜遅くまで下の階から扉の開け閉めする音や話し聲が聞こえ、なかなか寢付けませんでした。 さらに、シャンプー・トリートメント・ボディソープはすべて薄められているようで、まともに使用できる狀態ではなく、とても殘念でした。

An excellent place to stay. The room was superb—cozy, clean, and quiet; it was peaceful both inside the room and in the surrounding area. A major advantage is its location right next to the station—just two stops away from Shibuya. I really liked it; it has everything needed for a comfortable stay. I recommend it.
