For Japan, with high safety and polite service I was surprised to find this rental accommodation to be shady, to say the least... ...Upon arrival, my flight got rescheduled so my reservation was late one night. I called concierge in advance and they replied via 訂房網站.com that they agreed to review my reservation one day ahead at no extra charge. However, when I showed up, turned out they had not honored their promise, so I lost one night even though I called them, notified and got their confirmation. Disappointing. Then, the worst. On my last night, my door was opened in the middle on the night, perhaps by a staff who, upon realizing I was still there closed it and went away :-/ ...eew... Sadly, at the end, by my mistake, I missed check out. They bluntly threw my belongings out of the room to the street. I had to come back fast and retrieve the stuff from the sidewalk... Lowest service level I experience in Japan so far, too bad to look again... Beware...
