房間很乾凈，建築也很新，雖然不大，但有浴缸，我很滿意。步行10分鐘即可到達車站，步行20分鐘即可到達東京都廳。房間裡沒有電視，但有無線網絡，所以也用不著。價格非常合理，這是我第一次入住公寓式酒店，體驗非常好。下次我肯定還會選擇這裡。

Decent apartments close to subway and bus stations. There's a direct bus to Shibuya (30 minutes). The 13-minute walk to the subway doesn't feel like a long walk. The closest station is Nakano Shimbashi, only an 8-minute walk away. However, trains there are infrequent, so Google Maps would usually send you to Nakano-Sakaue (11-13 minutes). The room is quite small; you'll have to step over your suitcases. There's no housekeeping service in this room, so I wouldn't recommend it for stays longer than a week. Pros: There's a microwave, a “smart toilet”, quite big fridge, a stove, dishes and cups, and a washing machine (although it rinses more than it washes, and clothes don't dry). The apartments are close to a couple of subway and bus stations. Silent neighbourhood, plenty of conbinis (7/11, Family Mart) around. You can contact staff through Trip, and they will react rather quickly. Cons: No elevator; someone smoked under the room's windows every evening. There's no one to complain to, as there's no staff. The stairs are located a centimeter from the front door and window (the window overlooks the stairs), so all noises are very loud (someone is constantly walking on the stairs, or other rooms are being cleaned after check-out)

The facilities were in good condition and seemed quite new. The AC worked well, and the bathroom was fully equipped with everything I needed. Overall, it was a comfortable stay.

施設は基本的にかなり綺麗で、思ったより良かった！というのが正直な感想になります。換気扇のホコリや、給湯器などの多少の不満はありましたが、楽しく過ごさせて頂きました。ありがとうございます。
