訂房網站 should put clearly : luggage store is only for check-in. They not allowed to leave the luggage on check out. Too bad we travel months have so many luggages. And it’s raining.

This was a great experience. As usual of Hotels all over Japan, this hotel was really really clean and very good bed. Near to Tamachi station on JR Yamanote line. Has a Sukiya nearby.

While they allowed luggage storage before check-in, they refused to store it after check-out, which was inconvenient and impractical for travelers with late flights or plans in the city.
