圖文不符的情況顯然違反了相關規定。在我入住的酒店，居住環境非常惡劣，衛生條件極差，這與網站上展示的圖片和描述完全不符。此外，酒店員工的態度也相當欠佳，讓人感到不受尊重。在我與酒店溝通後，並沒有看到任何改善的跡象，這使我對該酒店的服務感到非常失望。 當我踏入這間房間後，看到如此糟糕的情況，我只能選擇額外訂購另一家酒店入住，因為這裡根本無法住人。房間的環境和衛生條件讓我感到無法忍受，這樣的住宿體驗完全不符合我的預期。 The discrepancy between the images and the actual conditions clearly violates the relevant guidelines. During my stay at the hotel, the living environment was extremely poor, and the sanitary conditions were unacceptable, which did not match the pictures and descriptions displayed on the website. Additionally, the staff's attitude was quite unprofessional, making me feel disrespected. Despite communicating with the hotel, I saw no signs of improvement, which has left me very disappointed with their service. Upon stepping into this room and witnessing such a terrible situation, I had no choice but to book another hotel for my stay, as this place is simply uninhabitable. The condition and hygiene of the room were unbearable, and this lodging experience fell far short of my expectations.
