aLATO Kinshicho (aLATO Kinshicho)

男6人での旅行でした。 もうちょい人數増やしても泊まれるのでは？と思うくらい十分な広さがあり寛げます。洗濯機と洗濯洗剤も用意してもらえて助かりました。一部屋を暖房かけて乾したら乾きます。近くにピザ屋と王將もあるので持ち帰ってホテル飲みがしやすくて快適でした。(コンビニも近い。 今回はやりませんでしたが、フライパンと包丁もあるので家で調理もできるのはありがたいですね。 神経質な人は正直厳しいかもしれません。機の下の埃、浴室の汚れ、ベッドが最初から壊れてる等あったので次回に期待です。

Апартаменты расположены в спальном районе, утром, днем вечером тишина. 20 минут пешком до SkyTree. До метро минут 10 пешком. Большим плюсом оказались вакумные пакеты, за что большое спасибо собственнику. В переписке отвечали быстро. У нас сломался чемодан и чтобы не заморачиваться мы оплатили утилизацию его через собственника 7500.

The apartment is in a nice building and in a good location, but with terrible service. Dust, lots of dust! It is everywhere and on all surfaces. Stains on all the mirrors, limescale on the faucet and shower head, hair of previous tenants. There was no hand soap in the bathroom, the towels were of terrible quality and very small, which could be used by a child, but not an adult. Small and uncomfortable pillows, furniture is stained and has not been vacuumed for a long time. The dishes in the cupboard are covered with some kind of layer of fat, so I had to buy disposable ones in the store. On the day of moving in, I contacted the owner and provided a photo of the deficiencies, to which I was offered cleaning the next day, until everything is there. As a result of the cleaning, the floor was washed and the dust on the kitchen hood was wiped and the shower head was washed. Everything else remained in the same dirty state! I couldn't stand it and there was no way to find a new hotel, so I had to clean everything myself to make it a little nicer to be there. This apartment could be made very nice if you put in a little effort and listen to the guests. The owner should be ashamed of such service.

Все хорошо. До этого жили в гостиницах. В апартаментах aLATO оказался даже шкаф и кухня. В целом все чисто и ухожено. Но на полу есть царапины от телевизора, который, похоже, перетаскивали не отрывая от пола.

真夏にも関わらず、リビングの冷房が効かず、電池交換を自費でする羽目に。夜分のチェックインのため當日対応されず、空調の本體にある緊急スイッチで対応を、と言われるだけで、効果なく、夜中にコンビニに自費で電池を買いに行く羽目に。また、シンクの水も詰まっており、新しく見える物件にもかかわらず、サービスと施設面で不便なおもいをすることに。

The apartment was clean, but there was the start of mildew in the corners of the bathroom, the sink drain wasn’t as clean as it should be. Overall, the second bed for a teen was a full double bed which was a pleasant surprise although we only had one duvet for 2 beds.

Хорошая квартира для семьи,имеется все необходимое.Впервые столкнулись с системой самозаселения,было немного сложно,но это не значительно.
