東京和光樹景酒店 (HOTEL WAKO Tokyo Tree View)

從入住到離店都是自助式的哈哈，還不錯的體驗～有些人可能用不來哈哈 房間進去有一點味道，但住了一天後就還好。 二樓洗手間洗手池基本沒熱水，洗臉都是冷水 浴室熱水也不太熱 到東京樹很方便～看到了東京樹原神聯動活動很贊 旅店附近有一家老爺爺賣肉的店，櫃枱有天婦羅炸蝦、炸魚、炸肉餅一定要去試試看，很好吃～可以不用蘸醬，直接吃就很好吃。

還挺不錯的，但是周圍有更好的選擇

This is not a hotel, it’s the worst of all the hotels I’ve stayed. There is no physical customer service just the iPad for communication, and cameras on all floors, no one cleans your rooms, kitchen on the first floor only a microwave electric kettle and a stove but no cooking utensils, no cutlery. The hotel is designed for male travellers there’s four-5-6male toilets but only one female adult toilet and one child toilet. The shower rooms are shared by a common door then male shower on the left and the female on the right separated by the basins in the middle. The basins are dirty and the shower door is dirty. There’s a giant lock on each room with the room keys to retrieve with a pin as there is no customer service to hand you keys. The rooms are tight with one single bed and a double bed put together with a child high chair. Windows are completely sealed so no ventilation and stuffy. Not recommended for asthma sufferers as the rooms smell of cigarette event though I asked for non smoking rooms. I stayed on the fourth floor. There is milk stain on the floor of the fridge. As I’m asthmatic and checkin almost midnight I had to wear a mask and use my inhaler to help me sleep but the next morning my throat dry, burning and painful follow by a headache. My face have allergies from the pillows even though I place towels over the pillows only help a bit. Overall the room is dirty the sheets smell I think they never change them. Don’t go there unless you’re desperate. The only advantage is it’s close the mall and the treetop towel.

良い點: 1.駅と近く、交通が便利; 2.ホテル周辺にスーパー、コンビニまたはレストランなどが充実; 3.部屋の窓から観光スポット「スカイツリー」が見える; 悪い點: 1.清潔及び衛生面は改善すべき; （1階ロビーの庭に誰かの落としたパンツがそのままに放置して掃除してない、部屋の床が汚い、部屋中の鏡に汚れがあり、共用洗面台が汚い、白いタオルに青色が付いてる） 2.1泊料金は7000円ぐらいですが、シェアハウスに近いですので、ちょっと高い; 3.ホテルに大きな看板はなく、ちょっと見つかりにくい;

The room is so comfortable and the toilet and separated shower room is very clean as well. I booked a room on the 7th floor and i can see the massive tower of Tokyo Skytree Tower view. Totally worth every single penny. Definitely going to stay here again on my next visit to Tokyo. ❤️

位置不錯，擡頭就可以看到天空樹了，但最好提早問清楚店家入住號碼，房號，前台沒人的，全部自助。可以坐都營淺草線直接到。押上b1出口最近。

本當に窓から目の前にスカイツリーが見えた。部屋も清潔で良かった。シャワー室出たところのマットが汚かったのでそこを改善して頂けたらと思います。

The hotel is good near by station, the room also clean and you can find vending machine on first floor

Worse experience ever.All traveller should not reserve this hotel. When you check-in at their self-helping front desk,you are required to enter an confirmation code.Which should be sent to your email.But in fact,none email are received,included junk email.Anx the only way to contact to the hotel is an iPad on the desk. And you have to wait for them to provide the confirmation code,which have to standing there for around 20 minutes.By the way,they are even not sorry for that,the just apologise for late reply. Also,all personal information you provide to the hotel staff will keep shown on the iPad,which means all other people can check it on any time.In fact,when I first access to the iPad,I already see other’s information.And it will even keep “update” almost everyday.

お手頃な金額で泊まるには便利です。立地條件もよくて駅が近くて助かりました。殘念なのは、お部屋がホコリだらけで、テレビなどにホコリが積もっていました。お部屋の冷蔵庫がもう少し大きいと助かります。😥小さすぎて、水のボトルが入りません〜！(泣)
