Whent for my girlfriend's birthday, amazing staff, and service. They listened to us and helped us with everything we needed, and the food is amazing. Dinner is next level and is amazing best in Japan. Near Port shuttle service is very convenient. Just come and relax as soon as you get to okinawa.

衞生很好，酒店特別乾淨，也很有設計感，有免費擺渡車去阿波連海灘，酒店餐廳價格不貴食材新鮮味道特別不錯，在島上住一晚感覺很好

This hotel is small but cozy. The staff was friendly and accomodated our request for breakfast without reservation. It's a simple and hearty breakfast, we all loved it. We were able to rent our wet suits here too, which we cleaned afterwards. Overall excellent experience here. There are not many food options here, so we relied on this hotel's restaurant. There are washing machines and dryers here.

I stayed at Hotel Kanaloa last year and it was great. The hotel staff are friendly, there is a shuttle to the beaches and a restaurant you can eat at. This year our stay was complicated by bed bugs which is probably not the hotels fault it may have been spread by a former guest; however we did have to convince the staff to get us another room in the middle of the night when we were bitten and found several of them. This was our first experience with bed bugs and we were really traumatized. We were disappointed that we had to convince the staff to let us wash all of our clothes for free since we didn’t want to spread them to the new room or risk carrying them with us. We weren’t given any additional services or refunds beyond that which is disappointing.
