I stayed in this property for the last 7 years. Very comfortable and humble staff. Rooms are full of amenities. Very neat and clea.

The hotel is not worth for the money paid. The swimming pool are not maintained properly and it is dirty. Room size is standard. No compliment breakfast.

It is a on going 訂房網站 by walk to Tirumala Tirupati from Chennai. First day after completing 40 km, it was really good place to stay at Grey suit. The MakeMyTrip made my life very pleasant after such a arduous journey ! When I called up the front desk at MakeMyTrip, it was a pleasant surprise, I couldn't recall the name of the executive who attended my query of adding one more person in my stay and she was really helpful in negotiating with the hotel like an Angel. Thank you MakeMyTrip. I am sorry I forgot the name.It was sunday 11th Feb around 12noon.

Firstly, housekeeping is extremely poor. Torn bed sheets and quilts. The twin bed, when you sit on it moves as it has no steady base and on wheels and obviously there are no brakes on it as we see with normal trolley, dangerous at night. The coffee tray, glasses and cups are all dusty and stained. The door did not lock easily in room 705. The water does not flow easily in the shower cubicle and the first time we opened the shower water, a stink arose from the drain. The tap of the wash basin is further by a few inches. A huge humming noise starts whenever the ro water is filled in the tank. Happens anytime, evening, night, early morning. Food was average, the only saving grace. Terrible service during breakfast. No food in the buffet, we had to tell them to rush and get it fast but dosa was below average. Would give only 2 out of 10

The room is excellent. Front desk people are so humble and well-behaved. The most important part of the stay is regarding the service either in the room or in the restaurant is utter poor and we have no other option as nothing is available nearby. The service in the restaurant is very, very, very bad due to skeleton staff, and the priority goes for the parties side by the lobby area. Prefer only for stay.

Stayed for three days in the hotel. Excellent amenities, hygiene and housekeeping. Well maintained. Hotel needs to focus on breakfast quality. Need improvement

The rooms were not maintained at all there were water logging in my room there was no dental kit our shaving kit in the room had to ask for it. The breakfast quality was not at good need to improve alot. The restaurant food was excellent enjoyed each and every dish whatever was ordered
