Condition of bathrooms was not at all good. Pilllow covers were smelling. Bedcovers were not washed and think are used without washing. Taps were not properly closing. Overall service was not good.

it's just a lodge. Wouldn't want to visit again to stay. it's just suitable to stop and freshen up before proceeding further to Tirumala

The hotel doesn't have any restaurants and even they were not able to provide plates, bowls and spoons. Ordered food from swiggy but the hotel doesn't have a bowl plate for that also. Room cleaning is not up to the mark, bedsheets are very dirty, mattresses are in torn condition. Bathrooms smell a lot and

We had stayed in chakrie residency 5 yrs back and thinking it will be the same we booked it again. The rooms were poorly maintained. It was ac room and they had given bed spread as blanket and that too it was torn. No involvement to serve the visitors. They were behaving as if they are doing some help for us. Will definitely not visit again.
