The room service and room delivery from restaurant was not up to mark. For tea and and even breakfast on 2nd day, the options lasted with two only. I paid for big room size but they had equal size of rooms as confirmed at reception.

Too much mosquitos not good place to stay , waste of money and useless hotel and we booked for two days but due to very bad quality of hotel we check out on same day I want refund amount for another stay and I need compensation also , don’t put such worst hotel

This hotel is located in a prime location. Food in the restaurant is also good. Very friendly staff. Car parking is also available. Overall, a pretty decent stay in Kalyan Residency Tirupati. Recommend this hotel for those who wants to stay near Railway station, Tirupati

rooms are very spacious and clean. only room service was not satisfactory. we reached at 10.30 pm and there room service was closed for dinner.

Hotel located at very prime location walkable distance to Railway station and bus stand and Vishnu Nivas Hotel staff Is very polite and helpful Room is good with the amenities provided

Food is good, spacious room and clean but building and woodwork is very old. Location of hotel is bad not good. Prices are reasonable. Service is very good. Reducing 1 start because of location and need renovation to modern look.

Very good stay close to bus stand. Rooms are neat. Bit of conjusted parking but we got place to park. There is a restaurent..food is ok

One of the worst stay I ever had. Rooms to my left and right were undergoing some renovation with lots of wooden dust and drilling noise for most of the time. The room given to me was big but with lots of electrical hazards. Plug points were hanging, AC knobs are not working properly, switches with loose contact and telephone and cable TV works occasionally if you do bot disturb them by any means. Restaurant was alright but the butter they provided for bread is pathetic - it appears like rubber. Front office staff except one person was rude. bathroom fitting were also having rust and loose contacts.... only two good things were the room bed was comfortable and AC was working fine. I don't recommend this hotel unless they complete their interiors and provide a face-lift in appearance and service quality
