Terrible experience in this hotel. Hotel looks new and modern. Room also looks new. Even though there are very few rooms occupied, we were given a room where the bathroom fittings are terrible and pathetic. Very hard that they don't even move. We didn't get hot water at all. After asking they switched on geyser. But after that very hot water and cold water didn't get at all. After trying then water flow either dont stop or even if it stops you can't get the flow again. The hotel was deserted and no person at the reception at night. They keep all the lights off in the reception and all the areas all the time. Morning we were checking out at 7 am but had to call multiple times and finally had to go down to get a person to move our luggage.

Room service and hotel ambience are good. Complimentary breakfast is quite good. Hand napkin can be kept in washroom in addition to towel.

It was very good experience, front office is very friendly. Mr madan has helped me a lot, my car met with a small accident on saturday night and all my sun-day plan was to cancel, mr madan helped me to fix the issue over night and we were able to continue as per our plan. The room was neat and service was excellent.

It is a good hotel with good food, a decent hotel to stay in trinulvelli. Breakfast was decent, staff was cooperative.
