What impressed me about pl. A residency was the prompt service offered by the staff and the large rooms. In the flip side, breakfast spread should include cut fruit varieties, eggs and few north indian options. Unfortunately wasn't provided with an early check in on 26th due to peak de***d otherwise overall my stay met the expectations.

The tariff (cp basis) at hotel for a 4 bedded room is only rs. 3808 (incl tax. Whereas i paid rs. 5537 for my stay. The location was good, amenities and services were good.

Rooms are good and maintained well. Only draw back is front desk person is not much friendly and restaurant is charging more than mrp and gst on top that.

Location was good. Rooms were okay. Thought a bit run down. Access to the entrance was clogged with a lot of haphazard parking outside gate. Parking was in the open n hence was uncomfortable get onto the car after parking in the day with direct sunlight heating up the car. Room service even for an early morning coffee available only after 0630 and no coffee tea provision in room.
