The washroom was so dirty. The hotel was ready to clean them we had to buy toilet clean and put it. Very bad and very very dirty

The hotel staff is helpfull. but the room are not very clean. the washroom are so dirty the hotel was not ready to clean them saying that room are clean. very bad will not recommend this place. also no restaurant near by. the I hope they do some to clean up the place.

location was easy to find property didn't had restaurant nearby restaurant was 1km away amenities were fine at the property. easily connected with national highway

No compliments provided like basic brush and paste not provided. Very bad smell when entered into the room. Completely disappointed and don't show such hotels in the booking list hereafter.

Stay is not upto mark. No hot water for bath, tap is not working. For t ripple accupency they had given single 1 litre water. Overall the maintenance is too poor

Stayed for 3 days with my extended family. The rooms are clean. Property location is good. Close to city railway station etc. There are not much food options inside the hotel except for some light snacks or coffee tea etc. Things that would need attention : a couple of rooms did not have hot water. One room had non working geyser. The service staff is little slow and the request need to be made to front-line staff more than twice to be heard

Toilet not maintained well. Flush not working. Hot water not coming. Limited catering facility. Away from station and has transport logistics issue to reach or return from hotel

The room was clean and good but the tariff was high for a non a/c room. The restaurant is not available, so i travel-led 2 km for food.

The room allocated was not clean and no hot water. When i approach front desk their response was terrible. After a long arguments they gave another room in that too hot water was not working. Poor staff responses and they are asking us to adapt for the situation. Also plumber who came to fix the heater was very lethargic and sarcastic
