We booked two deluxe room, when we went through the website the rooms were good to booked. Unfortunately when we check in , the rooms are without cupboards, where to keep our clothes ? When we asked the receptionist, they said rooms are without cupboard or table. We noticed the room opposite us is also deluxe room , they have cupboard and table, when we asked they said our rooms are without? My question why , we also booked deluxe room. No basic amenities such as toothpaste, toothpaste, kettle, tea or coffee. The next day housekeeping suppose to clean the room did not turn up and we had to go the reception and complain , later they came to clean and we had to wait, this is not right. Breakfast included , we paid for it, end up the breakfast is not buffet, we had to go to the restaurant Next level and the breakfast was fixed and no refill.Not worth the money, will not recommend the hotel to any of my friends.

Very poor service. Staff are more interested in their handphones rather than assisting customers. T.V. spoilt and for my stay for 2 days, this was not rectified. Updated staff many times but they did not do anything. Very very poor service. I will not stay in this hotel anymore. I will never recommend this hotel to others.

amenities not that great. Wifi was not working and the reason provided when asked was rude and they mentioned they will check and get back after multiple calls and no one responded. Bathroom is ok ok. overall average hotel not a 3 ⭐ hotel

Road work was in progress just infront of hotel morning by 6am. Either Manager nor watch *** informed us about the work. Both Manager and watch *** was sleeping, and was knowing about the road work only post our cry 😢 Even Mr Stephen, who is the Manager at Hotel Deepam was not attending our calls by 6am. Totally irresponsible team from Hotel Deepam !!! Very sad on the part of Customer Service rendered by Hotel Deepam !!! We could not take our cab from the hotel parking and thus affected our morning travel plan

Travelled with Family, Took the Family room, decent space and courteous staff. The room has separate Toilet,Bath room and Wash basin etc , convenient since there are multiple guests in the same room. Good Morning tasty Breakfast at Sangeetha Hotel.

This hotel offers affordable room fares without compromising on quality. The rooms are cosy, neat, and centrally air-conditioned, making the stay extremely comfortable. Another great plus is the free Wi-Fi, which was fast and reliable throughout my visit. The hotel is located right in the heart of the city, making it very convenient for both business and leisure travelers. The smart lock doors add a modern touch and a sense of safety, and the lift facility makes it easily accessible for everyone. One of the major highlights of Hotel Deepam is the Sangeetha restaurant attached to it, known for its delicious South and North Indian cuisine. The best part is the direct access to the rear side of the restaurant from inside the hotel, making dining convenient and enjoyable. Overall, Hotel Deepam offers great value for money with excellent amenities and a fantastic location. Highly recommended!
