I recently stayed at Sai Residency and had an unexpectedly disappointing experience. The first issue was with the parking area – there’s a significant hump at the entrance. My car got stuck, and it was clear the hump has caused issues for others too, given the visible scratches. To make matters worse, there was no warning sign about this, and when I raised it with the receptionist, the response was dismissive, as if it was a new problem. The second major issue was that they turned off the AC in the middle of the night. This made for an uncomfortable stay, especially after already dealing with the parking problem. Overall, I wouldn't recommend this hotel if you value decent customer service and a comfortable, uninterrupted stay.

Well maintained rooms but not spacious. If you are going by your own vehicle there is no parking facility. Basement images are shown in their website but it's very steep the base of your car will surely get damaged. No resturants nearby. If you are looking for budget friendly then you can go for it.

Car parking was bad. Under ground parking 90 degrees. I try to park my car but it crashes on the slope. I parking mu car outside. No intercom(telephone service) in the room. The location is good. But i was totally disappointed. Room rent is ok.

This is not a hotel. No plates, spoon, tea n coffee. No room service, room boy not available. One old manager will be seated in the reception, a rude person. Check out very strict, he will not listen to your problem. Worst dust air, highly unhinge area. Don't try this hotel. kindly remove or reduce the rating. Per rs. 500/person will be okay.

It's good, near all the specialties for food, railway station, bus stand up, it's a nice hotel, so comfortable for my family and i am booked a room for train travelling.

No good hotels close by. The property seemed too costly for the rate as it is few kms away from the main city. Rooms were well maintained and the staffs were also friendly and helpful. Rooms seemed a little congested for stay of 4 members

Stay was good, but it has a horrible parking which will damage our costly cars. Even i'm not even make a turn with my suv in that parking. Then i parked outside infront of a shop, luckily i left in the morning.
