    Absolutely disgusting hotel, customer service was terrible, very old building and dirty rooms. The *** at the reception was very very rude.

    the hospitality is very bad,blankets were not given and when asked for it,they responded very rudely. Rooms very not clean and windows are not closing which hampers security

    cops barged into room at night 2 am. pathetic experience no phones in room, no toiletries, not clean.

    Location is good. Just in front of trichy central bus stand. Autos available in good numbers. Food _ they should avoid using gar-am masala in south indian cuisine.

    Hotel is very good location and maintenance also great. Room service and house keeping neat and clean. System organized. Good job.

    It's just an run of a mill lodge which is being promoted as a good hotel. Fans don't work properly, linen is bad. The only solace is location and some great street food closeby

    We were there for a night. It is a value for money place. Kurunji which is in the basement of the restaurant has very good food
