Recently I stayed Hotel Queen Emperor, Trichy for 2 days. While booking MMT &the hotel charged for breakfast & dinner. But during check-in hotel refused to offer breakfast & dinner saying that the hotel no longer provides food. This is utterly cheating after collecting money for food. Hotel and its premises are unhygienic. Toilet water was flowing just in front of reception area and the entire area had foul smell. Room did not have towel or toiletries even after paying per day. Terrible experience.

the experience was pretty good. being located at chathram, it's really easy to get to the hotel. food isn't available in the hotel, but there are lot of restaurants around it tho.

We booked an executive room for staying but they provided a deluxe room. This is informed by the front office, but they are not considered

The hotel has to start its full fledged operation. Restaurant is to be started; everyday room-cleaning is a must; room boy facility is to be regularised; complimentary comb, sachet shampoo, bath soap, everyday towel change and intercom connection repair is to be done; corridor / verandha lighting should be corrected, newspaper to room is reqd. Location is useful, room ac is good, room furnishing is good, room lighting is good, water supply in rest room is good, receptionist is helpful and prompt in service.

Inspite of request made to ensure a clean and neat stay . the hotel offered my parents and uncle a worst Stay . the room was very old , toilet was worst maintained with all shower and taps fully rusted . what these people showed in the image was not present . I would definitely not recommend any one staying here . very Worst maintained . and not for the amount I payed
