Location is ok. But the room is not at all worth the money paid for it. Very poor lighting. Lighting points open without any switches. No mirror inside the bathroom. WiFi was not working for more than a day. As such no food available in the hotel.

Facilities very Low. Staff not statisfing. Rooms not clean... Bathroom not clean.. No Propere lighting...

The room is spacious and conveniently located within walking distance to the temple, making it easy to visit. The staff are very helpful and attentive, which adds to the overall positive experience. However, there are some issues that need addressing. The sofa cushions are old and torn, which detracts from the comfort of the room. Additionally, the toilet is not in good condition,floors, dining table and cub boards are not clean which can be quite inconvenient. I stayed at this hotel eight years ago, and at that time, it was very neat and clean. The decline in maintenance is noticeable and disappointing compared to my previous stay

Didn’t stay at the hotel due to very bad n poor maintenance and odourful rooms but they didn’t allow to cancel the rooms and we paid in full without staying in the hotel very bad service and awful experience with this hotel

I have never experienced a hotel cutting off the power and make us( includes children) to sit in the dark even after repeated requests. This is completely unexceptional, as the lady at the reception ( Chitra Hotel) did it intentionally with no humanity and was completely unprofessional. People at the reception should be taught on how to be courteous with the customer and make it memorable when they visit with the family.

Every year we use to go tiruchendur temple always we stay in hotel chitra park is very good and nearest to temple just 5 minutes to walk to reach temple and I use to refer my friends and relatives this chitra park hotel because especially services are excellent 👍👌
