    Clean ✅ Comfortable ✅ Family room ✅ Note: Receptionist was not aware about 訂房網站 check-in voucher but nothing to panic about.

    The location is fine, property is not clean, which we can bear to some extent. The staff in reception treats you not like a guest but a passerby. The hotels here in general takes thinga granted during Season time where Demand is more than Supply and Exploit the situation.

    We stayed in three rooms the room was average for what we paid.

    while booking the pictures showed 4 bed occupancy but the hotel management gave only 3 bed room.... Also the hotel staff was not so courteous.... rooms were not cleaned prior... when I asked the staff to clean it he was mentioning we will give room only by 12 pm but we are giving you earlier... though I mentioned in special request that we will check in early and check out early as well...the reason he gave for not cleaning the room when asked was absurd... no soaps or towels were provided.,

    it was a terrible experience ,the bathroom was not clean, worst ever experience ,the receptionist was Harsh.They gave us the servent room and got extra for the room.Any one don't accept the 402 ,401 room.

    Location good. Room neat and clean. But they are not provided mineral water bottles, kettle, tea bags. Not provided towels.

    The hotel has a very pleasant environment and facilities. But the employees are very lazy in work .they are not cautious about the customers requirements eg : no dustbins placed, Television remotes are not provided
