Love, love, loved the service, esp the super friendly operations manager and Pawana restaurant staff! But all of them were so very warm and welcoming, from the boat guys to the housekeeping and scuba crew. Only downside was there were no other outlets to dine at other than the resort’s one restaurant, unless you take a water taxi out to other jetties. Room was clean, mattress a bit hard and air conditioning was not doing enough in this hot hot heatwave we are currently experiencing. But the beach was drop dead gorgeous and I also loved their infinity pool. I would return here just for the excellent and superb service experience, thank you Tunamaya!

The hotel provided an amazing service including customised pickup, lovely environment, friendly staff. Overall a great experience.
One suggestion to improve: the breakfast coffee could be stronger.
