Great hotel and great ambience, staff was very helpful and also the hotel looks great. Ease of check in also.

Hotel had power failure from evening till midnight with no generators, they keep the ac off from backend during night so that you can't use the ac during night in an ac room, rooms with breakfast is terrible- you struggle to get a breakfast in the morning & everyday you require to remind them to give breakfast, staff behaviour is good, but their services & facilities are extremely poor

Lift not in working condition. Only working till 1st floor, in advertisement mentioned that there is restaurant but not in working condition. Lots of mosquito there. As per rate there is no any good service

Hotel room is clean but service is extremely poor. Necessary items are not provided by hotel staff even after informing. Like towel, water bottle, bath soap.

Very slow service, kitchen is not working. Apart from that the staff here are very rude. Rooms have plenty of mosquitoes.
