衞生比較一般，床單有一點點汙漬 洗漱用品也非常一般，大瓶的洗髮沐浴洗手一體的 房間和床都比較小，隔音也不太好 前台工作人員和早餐還不錯

來參加baja beach的拉丁音樂節，酒店很乾凈，周邊餐館也很多，約了一個當地的姐姐出去轉了轉，發現離蒂華納市中心也很近，就是周邊有點吵。出門打車做出租麵包車也很方便 訂房網站上注意一下，訂完時候可能在酒店沒有寫上名字

Room was so small with 2 beds ...the shower drain smelled bad and water didnt go down...it was fixed but the smell lingered around. They didnt have complimentary coffee which was bad for us...there was an issue with my payment that I did online....never staying here again

Me cobraron de mas dinero, el rembolso me lo dan hasta dentro de un mes, me pidieron llenar como 3 hojas para el rembolso. hable a la semana para saber del proceso y me dijeron que me hablarian de regreso. nunca hablaron de regreso cuando marque de nuevo resulta que me pidieron mas papeles y que mi proceso no lo habian procesaron aun!!!!!!

Not impressed, actually worst hotel in my 30 yrs travel. No heat at all, then portable heater blew fuse no electricity all night. No matter heater, no room or lobby coffee. Restaurant food and servixe was good. This property damages the Ibis brand.

We will stay there again. My husband and I were so happy with the cleanliness and the attention from the crew. We requested towels and they would bring them right away. We were able to check in 30 minutes prior to 3:00 pm which made our stay easy and relaxing. Pretty quiet at night so made our sleep peaceful.
