Overall it was pretty good. Food was delicious. Location is good. There was only one chair in the bedroom; my wife was sitting on the bed. We like to have 2 chairs in the bedroom.

Rooms are kept in very good condition,friendly staff.Though I asked for 2 nearby rooms with seperate beds,the hotel could provide only 1 with seperate beds and that too in different floors.Very good breakfast.

The location of the hotel is good in a prominent locality. Hotel is well maintained with good standards kept in cleanliness. There are two restaurants, the food served has variety and taste. Staff is courteous and quick in response. Dedicated car parking for guests staying should be ensured.

Moved to another hotel upon arriving for check in,no prior information or cab facility provided.. no pool at the other hotel which was our main reason to book this property.. staff kept calling and disturbing when my 3 month old baby was sleeping.. pathetic service

It was an average experience. I got a worm from the food and reported to the manager. They said they won’t repeat it. Gym equipments were not maintained well, the rod fell on my head breaking the hook. They said they will replace the hook. Try at your own risk. You can have much better option at this price range in tvm kind of city.

Booked this for my parents and they really enjoyed the stay. Everything was well taken care of and staff was very attentive . Food was also very good.

Thank you for the opportunity to share our experience on our stay there. The facilities and food met our expectations, the Reception staff were cordial. The professionalism and service mindedness of housekeeping and room service was far from satisfactory. Seemed untrained/amateure. Certainly an area for improvement!

you people are thugs.....we booked our stay atlst a mnth ago we paid the amount and at the very last moment you guys are telling we have some sort of issue in our room......this is only a trick to transfer there guests to there another hotels which are not quite popular nd reviewed.....my worst every experience of any 訂房網站....how you people fool us after reaching some place where we find ourselves helpless.....
