staff was not good and there provide only for 4 members ever thing and staff was so poor but nice summing pool and good inquiry staff

Hotel was at very good location, very clean and staff was very good and helpful. Only hotel furniture is little old as resort but all other things were good

The property is at a nice location. It is very near to beach. But it is terribly understaffed. They couldn't maintain service with only 1 or 2 people. This property is a part of akhil hotel chain and they should seriously consider increasing their service quality. For example, when we arrived, the flush in bathroom was not working. They brought a plumber to fix for 30 mins. Then for anything, for example water, we have to repeatedly badger them to get it. You'll get tired and frustrated at one point and you stop asking for anything.

The property is very nice. But the service and maintenance is very very bad. They are understaffed. This hotel is part of akhil hotel chains. They should increase the number staffs during peak season time to boost the experience of their guests.

I had booked non AC room, which wasn't up to the mark i expected. they have other properties too, so were ready to show me different room as they have other hotels too near by. but i upgraded to AC cottage, which was fine. Staffs are supportive and always happy to help

The staff were highly cooperative and friendly. The swimming pool was just mid. We booked a cottage room and the ac didn't work at all. But when we complained, they allotted a new room for us which was nice. They helped us get bike rentals and in kayaking bookings too.
