Great service at the hotel. Very fancy decor. Breakfast venue is made wonderful by the chef in the black suit. When he is around, everyone is working on their toes. The service and food is greater and tastier than at the Taj Mahal. It’s like the pride of Trivandrum

This hotel was the last of our month's stay in Tamil Nadu and Kerala. We were happy to be a the hotel not just because of the good facilities and comfortable and clean room. The service we received from each and everyone of the staff was good and for the reason that they made every effort to focus on us as individuals and made us very welcome.
