It was a decent room but cleanliness specially of the bathroom facility offered was terrible. Could have provided better facilities for the rate charged. Overall average experience. Hotel staff was good.

Hotel cleaning ok. Hotel processing very late. Also not available heat water early morning. We are very disappointed child also very couldn't stand the extreme cold.

The room and bathroom were not clean. Hair particles were in the pillow cover and bedsheet.

Very bad experience, room were congested. Even not clean. Hygiene was not there. There was no amenities as showed. I booked deluxe room and i got a normal one. When i asked them about it the hotel reception told me that it is a normal room. There is no restaurant and even as mentioned verandah is not there.
