The property was clean, neat & welcoming. The location was easy to find & the name board was prominent to spot. The room was clean & the restroom was well kept. The complimentary breakfast was simple yet filling. The staff were very courteous. Overall a great experience and will definitely recommend this to others.

Location is good. Amenities are provided in the apartment in common area but are not allowed to use it. I booked all three rooms in one apartment but the AC & TV in common area were denied for use. It seems it is kept only to attract the customers. Swimming pool timing is also odd 9Am to 6PM when most of the visitors moved out of the hotel. The swimming pool facility of no use so I would rate this hotel with 2 star only. Food is OK.

They did not provide their promised amenities. It’s crazy that they only provided 2 drinking water bottles per day, we have to pay for more water. The promised ironing table and and iron box was not there in our room, so we called and asked for it which they agreed to send us within 10 mins, but even after an hour and multiple reminders they failed to deliver. We had to leave wearing unironed clothes. The booking included FREE 3 hours late check out, but when enquired they gave us only 1 hour and told that we would be charged after that. Again it was a FREE 3 late check out provided . Pillows were dirty and they failed to provide enough plates even after reminding multiple times. I am not talking about any add on luxury, it is only the promised basic facilities that they failed to provide.

The property location was quite approachable and quite compared to the hassle and buzzle of TVM city. Breakfast was awesome with many options to choose from. The receptionists were very helpful and humble. The amenities were also great. The washroom was maintained neat and tidy. I ordered dinner, which I found a bit expensive. Otherwise, I had an awesome stay.
