房間寬敝整潔，衞生很好。窗外風景很美，可看到日出及很多小火山坑。入住停車方便，前台還問有極光時是否要告知？很貼心。當晚看到拍到很多極光照片。據説有免費的溫泉，我們不知道，錯過了。早餐很豐盛。

房子能看出來年代感，洗手池很小，上面玻璃擋板近，洗臉一定會水灑一地，除此之外都很好，有tub可以泡，桑拿，極光叫醒服務，守著米湖風景也不錯，吃完晚飯就在門口看到了極光

Room are dirty and we found hairs on bedsheet.. and we got a rooftop view room even we paid more for the lake view room! The staff was very rude and just replied us “ I cannot do anything about it , I’m not the one who post the room to platform”. She promised us to give a feedback to us but then we never heard from her again! We got a room that is mismatch with what we booked and we can’t even get a sincere apology ! After that we placed a complaint to 訂房網站.com and wish they could look into it and avoid other customers got our bad experience. But then we got replies saying that the hotel “claimed” they already offered us a bottle of wine! That’s a very serious integrity issue which pissed me off the most. We not even got a reply and she lied that already gave us compensation? That’s ridiculous! This hotel is Highly not recommended！

體驗感非常差，衞生又臟入住時房間還不打掃，衞生間都無法洗澡，水管都是壞的，服務態度也不好、房間窗台上全部是死蟲子，還沒有國內的連鎖酒店乾淨整潔，黑心商家，投訴都沒地方投訴
