I opted for a non ac room. Being february month, i was able to manage without ac. Property was good. Service was excellent.

Our stay was mediocre overall. The property lacks a restaurant, and the parking space is quite limited, which made parking a bit challenging. Additionally, there was no staff available to assist with carrying our bags to the room. Overall, an average experience.

Staff are friendly. No restaurant in the hotel but you have a lot of eateries near by. Well for family & friends. Hotel is located at the centre and has a good space for parking

It was a good stay at siva regency. Good for family n business travellers, though i would say that they need to maintain it properly n keep the room ventilated when not in use

The room was clean and had an extra bed. We checked-in pretty late in the evening and left early in the morning. The guys were generous to offer us a free a/c room upgrade. The place does not have a kitchen, however you can order and bring food from outside, they provided us with utensils and cutlery for having food in our room. Have dedicated parking space for cats as well.

When I booked my room , the confirmation receipt shown the fixed check in time 11.00 . There is no option to change the check in time manually. I arrived 27th of this month at 5.30 a.m. The receptionist ask extra Rs 700/- for upto 11.00 a.m. Otherwise no word to say bad. Everything is fine.
