Not a professional hotel, it’s a modern lodge, not a hotel to stay for professionals.... trying to match the behaviours and rules at par with star hotels are should not only collecting money from customers, but it should be in everything, purely in hospitality... for the same tariff I could have stayed in better hotel. Really horrible. I recommend 0

They charged me extra for a room i had booked for seven days. However, the last day of booking was on a different day, so they refused to let my friend stay in the same room. To clarify, i had been staying with my friend for the entire seven days. Since the booking was different, they didn’t allow my friend to stay in the same room and charged us 1, 600 inr for accommodating an extra guest (they claimed the room was too small for two people, which doesn’t make sense since i had been staying with my friend. Another issue i encountered was that they accused me of breaking the tv and began demanding that i pay for the damages. I am deeply disappointed with the staff. The property is good, but the staff is terrible and doesn’t speak proper english except for a few individuals.

The TV was smart TV but no applications wer installed. Staff was not so cooperative. Price was not high as compared to the amenities and services

The location is in market place.. Rooms are good +clean....break fast is also good Only car parking is not available - we have to park car on road...

Location had lot of disturbance till 2 AM as there is lot of dance bar near by. Employees are stubborn.
