Poor noise isolation between the rooms. Neighbours room was blaring music and singing late into the night. First call to Reception resulted in no action being taken. Second call 15 min later made with an irate tone resulted in staff visiting and the noise being reduced. During check out, reception tried to get the Manager to come and apologize, but Manager asked instead how much the customer paid for the room and declined to come out, instead leaving reception to respond to complaints. Pathetic and unsympathetic behavior by the Manager.

I m from #Thailand book Hotel in #india navi mumbai maharashtra, cbd belapur hotel name the park i am not happy due to below reasons Hotel want make money not customers I ordered water # evocus water of Rs 150 chargeable, but they refill only normal water and pack for me , very poor logic for earning money from foreigner I already complained to hotel manager also not actions taken. Hotel marketing front officer not helping me to rebook room today, ask for price hike , which impact bad impressions to me Hotel loyalty, Hotel wants, making money not customers, I had plans to visit next 訂房網站 for 15 days with my family but can't stay here and advise to Thailand people don't book due to hotel loyalty not honor commitment to customers
