there was sex workers in hotel...hotel was 3rd class no family hotel ..when I try to check inn,the person on reception had aruge & did not allow us to check in...I want my money back...

The room was very dirty and the bed and pillows smelled very bad. It was completely different than the pictures. And finally a suggestion: please add a cancellation policy, so customers can cancel if they don't like the room

In one room there was cockroaches in washroom, on bed and floor. Bedsheet was not washed and not hygienic. No mirror in room. Rooms stinky like it was closed for ages. Thank you

The worst hotel ever, an unhygienic room,dirty bedsheet,and not even a TV in the room, The toilet is not clean and broken ,the staff is too rude, itana bakwas hotel mene kabhi dekha nahi itna sundar mandir tha sai baba ka muje laga hotel bhi acha hoga lekin bilkul accha nhi tha 🤢

I paid for non AC room and we got a terrible room where the tv was not and the toilet seat is broken and staff behaviour is too rude, bedshit is also not clean and room also unhygienic 🤢🤮
