Did book for midnight check while your application also asked and it was perfect booking but they didn't allow so i didn't stay there and you are asking me about my stay?is this a joke or insult by you? please refund everything. Didn't stay

The room was smoke smelling when we checked in. The ac noise was beyond reasonable measure. Water bottles were not provided until we asked.

Excellent hospitality. Rooms are clean and neat. Location is good also the food.

Nimantran hotel is in a good location lots of restaurants and pubs around. Its clean. The rooms were also clean. Washroom were manageable clean. Staff is also polite and helpfull. The problem i faced was with the mattress it was not at all good. One can not sleep in it. They should change the mattress of the bed else one can get back aches. And there were bugs n small cockroach roaming on the bed. Also mosquito problem is also there. If the mattress and small bugs were not there in the room i would have given full stars. I didn't have food there so can't comment on the food.
