Hotel is Good, Clean Night reception guy is very rude , Arrogant No hospitality ( denied for Mobile charger ) Due to Bad Behaviour i will not recommend otherwise the hotel is Ok

The room was pathetic-dampness on the wall, cockroaches roaming around in the room. Tv not working, electronic safe, shower cap, kettle and newspaper not provided, telephone not available in room 105. The washroom was in poor condition. 100% amount should be refunded for not providing amenities mentioned while booking

Dirty rm, bedsheets and pillows. Dirty toilet so many cockroach also moving in toilet and rooms. There is no intercom connectivity in room.

It's quite old and lacks maintenance of rooms and gives amenities in the poor condition and wifi connective issues as well.

Food was awesome. Staff is very polite and service is good. Price of food is little on costlier side. Rooms need maintenance ( we ignored it bcoz we liked the service of staff )
