    I think this hotel is very local and for local crowd, till 1. Pm there is noice of people partying, smoking and what not. Breakfast is really poor quality. Rooms are good but overall hotel rating is minus

    The hotel was well located. Amenities are close by. Staff was friendly. Room was clean and everything worked well. I would have preferred to have a better designed writing desk area.

    hotel location is goo very good, the people and service was good, but the maintenance is very bad, the furniture and fixtures of the room are very very very bad, the lenin was shabby , it actually looked like room than any business hotel stay

    Access and egress to the hotel reception was very constrained and difficult to use by multiple persons during emergencies. Water from the water heater was not automatic and needed to inform reception for hot water. Hot water was very dark in quality.

    Hotel ambience is nice. Walkable distance from railway station. Staff behaviour good.

    There is no towel, body wash, handwash in the room. Reception phone was not working. They charge 30 rs. For water (mrp - 20 rs) in morning complementary breakfast. Breakfast was too late.

    Stinging, torn bed sheets. Dead lift, dirty washrooms and toilets, indifferent behaviour from staff. No proper room service no hot water no proper bed sheets. I stayed two days and was a terrible stay. And the bill is almost 3star rate
