Rooms are very small as per price. The cupboard is not clean. The bedsheet is not clean and the blanket is not clean, both blanket and bedsheet has previous persons hair. 2 out of 5

It was very terrible experience i should say, it say flexible time option and i have selected accordingly but at hotel they say the check out is as per standard time. Very worst experience

Worst experience, there is no option for in house restaurant they bring it from other place and immediately ask for the payment. My recommendation is never book this hotel also one more important thing please do not go by the pictures posted, rooms are very small

I have been regularly coming to this hotel. I have only one complaint. this receptionist was very rude while checking-in. This is my second bad experience with this guy. He always has guthka in his mouth.

I had a good stay at hotel galaxy inn for 2 days and nights. I was visiting for work in mahape area. Overall it was a comfortable one.

The staff kept asking for money whenever you order something. And if you don't order food from their inhouse restaurant they will keep asking you. The payment is not at the time of check out, instead the payment is on the spot, whether you order water or tea. Secondly, they don't provide any toiletries, for toothbrush and colgate also, they charged double than mrp. As far as room is concerned, the room is very very small, the bathroom was not clean. Below average stay, i would say.

It seems that the bed was not cleaned properly, because of which i got rashes on my shoulders. Apart from this, it was a decent stay. Nothing much to say positively/negatively.

Rooms are too small and, we booked delux room but. Not good as we expect. Foods are good washroom are good. Staff are friendly. Good behaviour.
