Overall experience was very good... the food, beverages, hospitality, cleanliness, location, staffs behaviour, amenities in everything our stay was excellent... the restaurant is our primary choice to have food since a long time whenever we visit Tezpur but staying in hotel was our first experience and it was fantastically awesome...

I stayed there for two days on a business 訂房網站. Hotel is very nice. Main points are spacious, clean and location is in the centre of the town. Stuffs behaviour were also very nice. But the restaurant charges are very high and it’s a vegetarian restaurant.

Hotel is in the main market and above shopping mall which includes cinema hall and gym also. Very good service with tasty food. For family it is a very nice place to stay.

Palazzo prime is located in the heart of tezpur and is a very good property with helpful staff and excellent accommodation facilities. The only disadvantage is that there is a cinema hall right above the hotel rooms, which can result in sleepless nights. Also in a 3 star hotel in the state of assam, i would expect nonveg options to be there on the menu as well.

I stayed here for a long time. The rooms are nice and spacious, but the cockroaches are going to make you feel a little conscious. The building offers a wide range of products, like shopping and theaters, so one can enjoy their time without any hassle. The property is located in the center of the tezpur market area, and hence you will get things in just a 100-meter area distance. The food in the restaurant is only vegetarian and a bit expensive, but the taste is too good. One thing: if you have booked an autorickshaw to reach there, then you shouldn't because the road is accessible to cars and motorcycles only.
