We book a suit room with jacuzzi but it was out of order. The hair dryer was also not working. We ordered our dinner in our room from which only have the items were served on complaining they gave explaination no food. And the buffet breakfast was no buffet. We waited for it to fill in but our wait didnot finish. We had to get up half stomach. Overall a pathetic experience and no response from the hotel side, leave apart any compensation.

Vry good for family, centrally located proximity to Chitralekha Uddyan, Agnigarh, Podum pukhuri.. staff behaviour is vry good.. food is good, no issues with parking.. we enjoyed..

The location is good for a late night traveller . Although the parking space is small in size you have to park your car outside in a different complex if it is full already. The food quality is good and atmosphere is clean .

Hotel krc palace is one of the best places to stay at tezpur. This hotel has excellent rooms. They also have a home stay nearby. They have multiple restaurants including one bar. Staff is courteous. One of the best things about this hotel is its location.

The rooms are good. Amenities are well off. Location excellent. Food is good. But the staff need to be reoriented in hospitality. I found their behavior awkward. Right from the front desk onwards. The staff are a bit lenient and would let the hotel down eventually.

Although i had booked for two days, i was forced to check out early due to unforeseen emergency circumstances, resulting in less than a day's stay. As a student, i would greatly appreciate it if you could consider a partial cancellation and provide a refund, given the genuine nature of my reason.
