It was a disaster. We booked and the stay had non refundable cancellation policy. Once we visited the hotel they said they don't accept booking. We showed our confirm booking and they asked us to cancel but as we couldn't cancel it we insisted for check in and after making us wait for around 30 mins finatthey took us to 3rd floor and the room they gave us was dirty and it was smelling bad. Even the ac wasn't working. The house keeping tried to fix the ac and for that we were made await again for around 30 mins more. After all this we asked them to change the room and they took us to another room where ac worked but it was not in good condition. The room was dirty and the washroom was also dirty. We asked them to clean up but they didn't do it properly. It was such a horrible experience that we didn't stay and we checked out immediately after all the hassle. Would never recommend to anyone ever.
