No Lift. Dirty washroom. Dirty bedsheet. No power backup. Power went off during midnight. Mobile and reception numbers were switched off. Good staff but helpless.

It was good. could have been better. Reception desk was not very punctual and prompt. The room arrangement took some time. the telecom was installed lately. There was kitchen problem inside the hotel. some improvement required.
