Hotelnya cenderung kotor (berdebu, lusuh, dan tidak terawat) karena sedang direnovasi tetapi tidak segera dibersihkan setelah pekerjaan renovasi selesai dihari itu. Fasilitas kamar mandi juga tidak ada sabun yang ready to use.

Nggak ada handuk. Lantai kerasa lengket. Sprei, selimut, sarung bantal kotor dan bau. Korden tidak menutup full jendela, dan transparan. Lantai toilet kotor dan ada cacingnya. Satu-satunya nilai plus adalah disediain keset depan toilet sesuai request pemesananku di aplikasi.
