Stay there for 7 days and, and, bed bugs...got bite marks in my neck, chest, arm pits and other places... really disappointed...I hope they clean the place up...

Again, not much to complain for the price that I paid, it has all the essentials to have a comfortable stay, except the bed, way too soft...

DO NOT STAY IN ROOM 230… ROACHES!! I booked this hotel as a last minute change in my lodging for a 訂房網站 and at the price as a prepaid room I figured it was ok. I have never had any issues with Sonesta hotel locations wherever I travel, so I didn’t think I would have one. The lady at the front desk (Theresa I think it was) was very nice and got me checked in right away. I proceeded to my room and the initial observation was that it was spacious and clean. Well, I’m glad I check EVERYTHING!!! While checking the bathroom I noticed something in the tub, and realized it was several small roaches🤬🤬 as I did more looking around I see more baby roaches around the toilet and on the floor. I grabbed my things and went to the front desk and informed them. Theresa did call her GM Tania and said told her the issue and that she needs to move me. Now all of this is at 7-8pm (keep that in mind) and the GM told her no because they were full 🤔 but she would be there in the morning at 8am and for me to come talk to her to see what she can do. Theresa even came upstairs to see and take pictures. They couldn’t get any spray and I had to stay because all the hotels close were sold out. I stayed in my rental… I’m not bedding with roaches or taking them home. Well at 7:50a I go in and the GM was there. She told me I had two choices…. Get a full refund BUT check out… or get a different room and NO refund for the first night. What type of option is that? Also, at 8am NOW you have vacancies to give me a nice clean room with no roaches?!!! I asked again about the initial night being refunded and was told no. So, I took the new room because again all other hotels in the area for my event was sold out for the weekend!! So let’s say… I will keep fighting for the right outcome but if you stay at this location do not stay in room 230!!!!!!!

Well, for the price, you can't complain too much, it gives you enough to stay comfortably, full kitchen, nice A/C, the bed is a little bit too soft... why they charge $5 for parking per day, it's not making any sense, but I guess that's how they make additional income. It's definitely recommended to those seeking for a good value hotel.
