我從機場打車二十分鐘就到達公寓,服務挺熱情的,送鑰匙到我入住的大堂。房間挺好,衞生也搞得挺乾淨的。一樓吃的很豐富,火鍋燒烤壽司餐廳麻辣燙等應有盡有,下次我還會選擇東京!

房間非常細小衛生非常一般床單有一些黐立立的感覺真的不衛生還有這裡的治安感覺不太好雖然很多華人但感覺龍蛇混雜

At first, I had no idea how to check in through the website, and the host did not contact me with any check-in instructions. It was only around 2:00 PM that I finally managed to find the host’s phone number and contacted him via WhatsApp. I checked in at 1:00 AM on 30 May. To be fair, the host was kind enough to bring me the key in the middle of the night. However, the moment I opened the door, I was hit by a very strong smell of cigarette smoke. The entire apartment smelled of smoke. The floor was sticky, there were insects flying around, and when I checked the bed sheets, I found red stains on them. The sheets also felt sticky to the touch. The kitchen was in a very unhygienic condition, everything looked old and poorly maintained, and there was even a pair of underwear hanging in the room. When I reported these issues to the host, William, he insisted that everything had already been cleaned. He even defended himself by saying that he had instructed the cleaners to remove the underwear, and that it was the cleaners’ fault for not doing so, not his responsibility. At that point, I no longer wanted to stay there. The overall condition of the property was terrible. I personally own and manage more than 60 Airbnb units in Malaysia, and I can honestly say that the standard of management by this host was extremely poor. 👎 The main issue was that the host initially refused to provide a refund, claiming that it would cause him to lose his commission. He also repeatedly mentioned that he managed more than 10 units and had many positive reviews. In the end, however, he privately refunded me in cash for the remaining nights. At 2:00 AM, I left the property and booked another hotel. This was, without a doubt, the worst Airbnb experience I have ever had.

saya pesan 3 unit, semua nya beda style dan penataan ruang. secara lokasi oke di PIK 2, tapi untuk parkir mobil tidak ada free parking, ada satu kamar yang water heater nya kurang berfungsi, dan ada 1 unit yang acnya tidak di dalam kamar tidur tapi di ruang tamu, tidak disediakan sabun cuci piring, air minum tidak ada, bedding nya ada beberapa yang kayaknya kurang bersih(?) seperti ada bedbug nya (yang kamar single room) yg double bed aman" aja sih, ac dingin, kulkas berfungsi baik, tdk ada space untuk jemur pakaian ya, akses cari makan juga mudah, overall secara harga oke kok, yang penting hubungi owner saja lewat whatsaap agar memudahkan akomodasi🙏🏻

Awalnya di kamar AC tidak dingin, dan peralatan dapur tidak lengkap. Besok nya bisa di tukar kamar yg lebih besar dan AC berfungsi dengan baik. Peralatan dapur lengkap tapi sandal hanya 1 sedangkan yg menginap 3 orang.

The place was great, plenty of food restaurants and there was a pasar modern hawker in the basement. The room facilities are good such as: ac, tea kettle, refrigerator, but unfortunately 1 from 2 rooms was smelly, very bad odor. The owner replaced the bed sheets at night, but the smell was still there. We really appreciated the efforts, though .Easy check in and check out. There was a shuttle transjakarta service and special trans pik avenue- tokyo riverside.
