請問你，訂了房到了地方等了幾個小時也沒獲取到入住方式，從哪裡進，從哪裡領鑰匙都沒有人聯繫，***拖著行李一直在跟你們電話聯繫，異國他鄉等了兩個多小時無法入住，我去了別的地方住，你們不退款是什麼意思？**嗎？

如果你英語口語不足以直接跟人溝通且沒有WHATSAPP，我建議還是不要定這個酒店了！一般吧，樓下的商業還是不錯的，超市裡的水果很新鮮，啤酒也不貴，還可以免費唱歌！

房間很小，房卡搞半天。叫朋友幫忙才拿到，這麼大房產。連個吧枱都沒，，日本人建的，。樓下店鋪超市應有盡有，

Had a pretty bad experience booking this place. About booking: - We weren’t given check-in details even after the receiving the booking confirmation. - Contact details given in the booking confirmation was wrong and there was no other method for me to contact the host. Which left us stranded and thinking that this whole booking was fake (especially after reading the previous review). - I was bringing my parents and I cannot afford to be left stranded on the streets, hence I had to make another booking at another place just in case this place wasn’t real (had to waste $90+ on the other booking) - Only managed to get the correct number after calling 訂房網站.com. Which took us awhile to get the full address & where to collect keys etc. - I’m pretty sure the other person who left a review had the same experience as me of not being able to contact the host and no details were given. Not even which tower etc. About room: - The size of the place is exactly what you pay for. It’s really small but enough for 3 person if you’re not staying in most of the time. - The air con in the living room is centrally controlled by the building’s management so it can’t be switched on. The host did not bother to inform us beforehand as well and told us to just on the aircon in the bedrooms. - Living room was dusty with cobwebs in the living room and the cabinet top near the TV were covered in dust. The fridge was not cleaned as well, with stains left behind. - The wardrobes had strong smell as well, a though it had not been opened for months. In conclusion, I won’t recommend this place to tourists visiting Jakarta.
