環境優雅，安靜，就是離火車站稍微遠一點，否則下次來telford還是可以選擇在這裡入住。整體感覺還不錯👍

Where to begin with this one? Firstly i requested to cancel as i was coming down with COVID like symptoms. Ramada Telford seem to not mind that though, so that request was denied (no offer of another stay, or partial refund, nothing). Felt better day of, and decided to travel. On check-in (nor on the website, photo attached) i wasn't told anything about the pool being out of service. Turns out it was. No offer of a full or partial refund. Nothing. Luckily, Trip have stepped in with a good will gesture. Spoke to some people (named below) by email afterwards and basically told "nothing they can do" and "it's 訂房網站's fault" that the website didn't reflect that their pool had been out of action since DECEMBER. Awful customer service, facilities not available. AVOID AVOID AVOID! Specifically bad service via email: Lis Frost & Richard Bowen

Comfortable stay in a useful location. All members of staff were helpful and polite. The room was comfortable and clean. Little noise from the corridor, though there was an echo down from the bathroom above, so we could hear the gentleman in the room above whenever he used the loo. Thought this was more amusing than annoying. Would stay again.
