From the moment I walked out of my cab and into the lobby of this hotel I knew that I had made a mistake in booking this room. But unfortunately having booked it through “訂房網站” I knew I was screwed and no one would be responsible to hear my concerns. One thing I needed to understand was that a “Prepaid” hotel is done, hotel will get their money regardless of what concerns one might have about the conditions of their facility. To sum it up, this hotel is extremely old and dirty, you can smell the stink of decomposing carpets from the outside. This hotel has a major plumbing issue, so be very careful; he showers and toilets get flooded and the sewerage bubbles up creeps out of the toilets. The staff is one after next numb to the hotel guest complaints and they don’t care about anyone’s concern. This hotel needs to be shut down and I don’t understand why it’s still in operation. DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL, YOU WILL REGRET IT.
